COMMUNITY & NONPROFIT
Fill the house.
Fund the mission.
Fundraisers, donor gatherings and community events, hosted in a house people are genuinely excited to be invited to. When the room feels special, guests give generously — and the night does real work for the cause.

A benefit evening, full house
COMMUNITY & NONPROFIT
A core part of what we do — not an occasional side use.
Community and nonprofit gatherings are one of the four things 7th Sister is built for. The house has real history with nonprofit takeovers and fundraising nights, and the model protects a dedicated place for them on purpose.
Take a single room, move through several, or take the whole house. A distinctive setting does more than look good — it raises the ceiling on what an evening can do for a mission.
FUNDRAISERS & GALAS
An evening worth giving to.
Take the whole house for your benefit — cocktails, dinner, a program and the ask, all in rooms that make guests glad they came. A gathering people want to be at is a gathering that raises more — and we help you build one that respects the mission’s budget.

More ways companies use the house
From the donors you want to thank to the community you want to bring together — hosted with warmth, and with an eye on what the evening is really for.
i.
Donor & patron dinners
Intimate dinners and receptions for the people who make the work possible — a warm, personal thank-you that deepens the relationships a mission runs on.
Stewardship that feels like care.
ii.
Mission & community events
Awareness nights, panels, cultural programs and community mixers — gatherings that bring people to the cause and give them a reason to stay engaged.
Where the community shows up.
iii.
Volunteer & board celebrations
Recognition nights, board dinners and volunteer thank-yous — the gatherings that keep the people behind the mission feeling seen and appreciated.
Gratitude, done properly.
WAYS TO GATHER
Take as much of the house as the cause calls for.
ONE ROOM
Private Space
A single room for a donor dinner, a board gathering or an intimate cultivation event — warm, focused and personal.
SEVERAL ROOMS
Multi-Space Experience
Cocktails and a silent auction in one room, dinner and the program in another — an evening that moves as your run-of-show does.
EVERYTHING
Whole-House Takeover
The whole house for your organization — the format behind the biggest fundraisers and galas, with room for every part of the night.
What the house brings
Everything a fundraising night needs — and a team that keeps an eye on the mission’s bottom line.
The kitchen
Receptions to seated dinners, built for the evening and for a range of budgets, with dietary needs handled with care.
The bar
Full-bar service, hosted or consumption, plus signature drinks that can tie to the cause or a sponsor.
The rooms
Distinct spaces for cocktails, auctions, dinner and the program — a house guests remember, and want to come back to.
Program support
Microphone, sound and a screen for speakers, honorees, the ask and live or silent auctions.
The service
Anticipatory hospitality and one point of contact, so your team can work the room instead of running it.
Room for sponsors
Natural moments to recognize sponsors and partners throughout the house, woven in rather than bolted on.
A BENEFIT EVENING
A night built to move people — and move the needle.
Every fundraiser is its own, but the best ones tend to have a shape — a rhythm that warms the room before it asks anything of it.
ARRIVAL
Cocktails & welcome
Guests are met at the door and drawn into the house with a drink — mingling, a silent auction, sponsors recognized as the room fills.
THE PROGRAM
The story & the ask
Dinner or seating gives way to the heart of the night — a speaker, an honoree, the mission’s story, and an ask made in a room that’s ready to give.
DINNER
A meal that thanks them
A considered dinner that makes guests feel their generosity was met with real hospitality — the reason they’ll say yes again next year.
AFTER
Community & celebration
The formal part gives way to music, dessert and connection — the part that turns donors and guests into a community around the cause.
Inside the house
HOW IT WORKS
Built to the goal — because a fundraiser has to make money.
We know a benefit isn’t just about spending well — it’s about netting more for the mission. Tell us your budget and your goal, and we’ll shape an evening that respects both, then price it clearly before anything is committed. Ask us about community and nonprofit terms.
01
Tell us the cause & the goal
Your organization, the kind of event, roughly when, your headcount — and what the evening needs to raise or achieve.
02
We shape it to your budget
A clear proposal — rooms, food, bar, program support — built to protect your net, customized to the night, standardized underneath so the numbers hold.
03
Reserve the date
A signed agreement and a deposit of half the contracted price hold your date. We handle the run-of-show from there.
Good questions
Do you really work with nonprofits, or is it a side offering?
It’s a core part of what 7th Sister does — one of our four offerings, with a dedicated place in how the house operates. Community and nonprofit gatherings aren’t squeezed in around private events; they’re one of the reasons the house exists.
How many guests can you host?
From an intimate donor dinner to a whole-house gala. Tell us your headcount and format and we’ll recommend the right way to use the house — a single room, several rooms across the evening, or the entire house for your organization.
Can you support a program, auction or speakers?
Yes. We can set rooms for a program with microphone, sound and a screen — for honorees, the ask, live or silent auctions, and sponsor recognition woven through the house.
Do you offer nonprofit rates?
We build every event to your budget and your fundraising goal, and we’ll be straight with you about how to make the numbers work for the mission. Ask us about community and nonprofit terms when you reach out — we’d rather talk specifics than publish a one-size figure.
Can we bring in sponsors and partners?
Absolutely. The house offers natural moments to recognize sponsors and partners throughout the evening, and we’ll help you weave that in so it feels like part of the night rather than an interruption.
How does booking work?
After a short conversation about your cause and goal, you’ll receive a clear proposal. A signed agreement and a deposit of half the contracted price reserve your date. Reach out early for popular dates and giving seasons.
