Private GATHERINGS
The house, and everyone you love in it.
The occasions that matter most deserve a room that feels like it was waiting for you. Bring your celebration to a historic house given entirely to it for the night — with food, cocktails, music and hospitality shaped around the reason you’re gathering.

PRIVATE GATHERINGS
You create the reason to gather. We create the experience around you.
A private gathering at 7th Sister is not a room you rent and fill. It’s an evening the house is given over to — where the rooms, the light, the food and the people who look after you are all working toward the same feeling.
Gather in a single room, move through several, or take the whole house. However you celebrate, the standard is the same: sophisticated without being stuffy, personal enough that every guest feels expected.
MICRO WEDDINGS & MILESTONES
Married in a house that feels like yours.
We’re at our best for the micro wedding — an intimate ceremony and reception where every guest gets the full attention of the house. Larger weddings and rehearsal dinners are welcome too.

More reasons to bring everyone together
The house holds the whole arc of a celebration — the night before, the milestone itself, and the quiet gatherings that matter just as much.
i.
Rehearsal dinners & the wedding weekend
Rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, showers, engagement parties and morning-after brunches. There is more than the wedding day — and this is where those nights belong.
More than the wedding day.
ii.
Anniversaries, birthdays & celebrations
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirements and the personal occasions worth marking properly — hosted so you can be a guest at your own party.
For the years worth remembering.
iii.
Dinner parties & celebrations of life
Small hosted dinners for the people who matter, and gatherings to remember someone well — held with the same warmth, discretion and care.
Gathered, and looked after.
WAYS TO GATHER
Choose how much of the house your evening takes.
ONE ROOM
Private Space
A single room or defined area of the house, set for your gathering — intimate, contained, and entirely yours for the evening.
SEVERAL ROOMS
Multi-Space Experience
An evening that moves through the house on purpose — cocktails in one room, dinner in another, music somewhere below.
EVERYTHING
Whole-House Takeover
The whole house becomes the experience. Every room, every floor, given entirely to your celebration and no one else’s.
What the house brings
Food, beverage, service, space and detail are treated as one experience — not a list of add-ons.
The kitchen
Menus built for your night, from receptions to seated dinners — serious culinary talent behind every plate.
The bar
Full-bar service and cocktails designed for the evening, poured by a team that reads the room.
The rooms
Historic parlors, stairways and spaces with real character — set, lit and arranged for the way you’ll move through them.
The service
Anticipatory hospitality that prepares and resolves in the background, so the host gets to be a guest, too.
Music & light
Lighting and sound shaped to the mood of each moment — from ceremony to first dance to late night.
Enhancements
Florals, specialty rentals and personal details, curated and coordinated so you don’t have to chase vendors.
AN EVENING AT THE HOUSE
An evening that changes rooms as it changes mood.
Every gathering is its own, but they tend to move like this — a night with a shape to it, so guests always feel carried from one moment to the next.
ARRIVAL
Cocktails in the lounge
Guests are met at the door and drawn into the first room with a drink in hand — the evening begins the moment they arrive, not when they sit down.
THE PROGRAM
Ceremony or toast
A vow, a toast, a first look — the reason everyone came, held in a room that makes it feel larger than its guest count.
DINNER
Dinner upstairs
Guests move up into the house for a meal built for the night — plated, family-style or stations, whatever suits the celebration.
AFTER
Music below
Downstairs opens for dancing, a nightcap and the part of the night people talk about later — the house shifting mood one more time.

HOW IT WORKS
Every gathering is quoted to the night you have in mind.
There are no fixed packages to squeeze your celebration into. We build the evening around your guest count, your rooms and the experience you want — then price it clearly, before anything is committed.
01
Tell us about the celebration
Who’s coming, roughly when, and the feeling you’re after. A short conversation is all it takes to start.
02
We shape and price the evening
A clear proposal — format, food, bar, service and enhancements — customized to your night, standardized underneath so the numbers hold.
03
Reserve the date
A signed agreement and a deposit of half the contracted price hold your date. From there, we handle the details toward the night itself.
Good questions
How many guests can you host?
Private gatherings range from an intimate dozen to a whole-house celebration. Micro weddings are our sweet spot, but we host everything from small dinners to larger weddings and rehearsal dinners — tell us your guest count and we’ll suggest the right way to use the house.
Do you host full-size weddings, or only micro weddings?
The micro wedding is where we’re at our best — but larger weddings, rehearsal dinners and the whole wedding weekend are welcome. If a bigger day is what you’re planning, we’ll be honest about how the house serves it best.
What’s included in a private gathering?
The house, the hospitality and the experience are part of what you book — food, bar, service, rooms, lighting and coordination working together. Florals, specialty rentals and personal details are curated as enhancements. It isn’t a room rental with catering added on.
Can we use more than one room?
Yes. You can stay in a single private space, move through several rooms across the evening, or take the whole house. Many of the best nights move on purpose — cocktails in one room, dinner in another, music below.
How does pricing work?
Every gathering is quoted to the evening you have in mind rather than sold as a fixed package. After a short conversation about your celebration, you’ll receive a clear proposal to review before anything is committed.
How do we reserve a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit of half the contracted price reserve your date. Reach out early for popular dates — we take a limited number of gatherings so each one gets the full attention of the house.
